Bascon obtained a commercial contract to install X9 7.4kW EV chargers. Unlike other commercial EV chargers installed by Bascon, this site install was wall mounted as opposed to ground mounted.​ ​ As this commercial facility is located at a hospital and has limited space in the existing parking lot, Bascon communicated with the client to optimise the space and concluded that EV wall chargers would be suitable best for this design.​ ​ Upgrading the switchboards power supply was necessary to ensure the EV chargers are not overloaded. During power supply upgrades, the protection of installed cables as well as distance must also be considered.
